310 Knife Company is the project of Ryan Pepper, jack of all trades out of Marion, NC. What started as a hobby in 2016, quickly became a passionate career. Ryan is self taught in the art of making knives. With countless hours of research and trial and error, 310 has become what it is now. Putting out beautiful, high quality, custom knives designed to last a lifetime.
Though deposits are non-refundable and there is no return policy on custom knives, they are backed by a lifetime (repair or replace) warranty against workmanship defects, but not abuse or neglect. Carbon steel knives require an extra level of care, please see the Carbon Steel Care page. If you are immediately unhappy with a custom knife, I will work with you in making it right.
For in-stock knives, orders may be returned up to 30 days after you receive the knife. It must be unused and will be subject to 15% restocking fee. Apparel items are made to order and drop shipped from the company than manufactures them, therefore I cannot process returns on those items.
